Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Scarlet + Blue = Purple

Here's an interesting thought which ties in with my previous post.
Scarlet + blue = purple

Scarlet is red, the color of the blood
Blue is the color of heaven
Mix the two colors together you get
Purple the color of royalty

Jesus is the lamb of God whose blood was shed on the cross. He is the son of God whose abode is in heaven. He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

    Thanks. This "needlework" analogy has stuck in my mind for some reason. I praise God for revealing it to me. Needlework requires a lot of time, meticulous work, and patience. I guess that's how God works in our lives.
