"whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."
A friend of mine, P., died in a car accident this week because another friend was speeding. P. was in his late twenties. The last time I saw him I witnessed to him, he wanted to know more. But I never got to see him again. P. was the kindest one in a bunch of pleasure-driven fools. Unless he had called on the Lord Jesus Christ to save him, he is now burning in hell.
Forever.
perhaps God had planned this out so that the other group of "pleasure-driven fools" would see what life is really life and their hearts would be softened to the seed of GOd's Word.
I know this is hard....however, rejoice at the chance to possibly see those others that you speak of in heaven.
-see the beauty of God's amazing creation. This picture is of the Milky Way as seen from earth (we are right in the center of it)

Anyways, with reference to Isaiah 9:3---guess what? It has both ways shown! Isn't that weird....Maybe you should look up the Hebrew word itself. It must be ambigious in some way....

You guys seem to be so knowledgeable on the subject (this is more of a question).
Scofield does not attack the BIble. THat is a blind reply and unknowledgeable in nature.
Your replies are so philistine.
Quite so....
Maybe you should've asked Matthew what he meant first. Matthew is a dispensationalist who highly esteems Scofield's work, just like I do. You've recently come into this "world" where a familiarity with certain issues is assumed. (in this case Scofield's rejection of certain AV readings)
Please keep in mind this is a public site. People around the world are reading our comments.
If you get irritated to the point where you can't answer with grace on particular issues, opt out.
God bless you
Please delete that discussion George.
Thanks
